Lead Customer Success Manager sought after by a well-funded scaleup FinTech in central London. The company are becoming trailblazers within the Open Banking realm by revolutionising the finance sector with a groundbreaking platform which allows financial enterprises to connect effortlessly to Banks by a single API and other products. After raising a sizeable round of funding they are now looking for an experienced Customer Success Manager to help break into new markets whilst helping the business reshape their product offering.
Working closely with existing users at C-suite level, you will be tasked with shaping the company's current product offering following user feedback and translate customer requirements into focused solutions and ensure successful delivery. You will work closely with the delivery and sales teams to onboard new users and ensure they have seamless experience whilst identifying opportunities to upsell new products across Data Aggregation, Payments and Data Monitoring.
The successful candidate will need to display strong experience managing accounts in Saas Financial Technology software sales and solid experience dealing with end-users at C-suite level within corporates, banks or FinTechs. Above all else, my client is looking for someone with an entrepreneurial mindset driven to overachieve targets and a proactive approach to find new business opportunities.
